For those who have not had the pleasure....
Sometimes a gastronomic experience rises to a level where one pauses to consider the source of the magic of the food I am tasting. The patient, subtle and wise process which preceded my awakened palate leads me to ponder. I do not want to rush, eventhough I am hungry and my appetite may be urging me on, I want to savor, to ponder the swirl of scent, flavor and texture inducing this reverie. One such meal recently was my joy to experience and the source was an exceptional chef named Lys.
It is rare to find such a gifted food artist!
